REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

Description

Niusky Pacific Limited (NSPL) is seeking information on any interested contractors and service providers to carry out the following activities on all its power systems which includes but not limited to the standby generator with fuel piping system, UPS battery system, battery rectifier systems, air conditioning systems, the electrical reticulation and the lighting systems at the Tokua Airport Control Tower facilities;

  1. Fortnightly preventative maintenance (PM) inspections on the UPS and batteries, Standby Genset.
  2. Corrective maintenance activities on faults identified during PMs
  3. Service/Fault Call Out for fault restoration

 

1.2  This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Respondees are advised that NSPL will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

2.0 Requested Information

The following information are requested;

1)Company profile

2)Information showing your company was involved with similar works in terms of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance works.

3)Confirmation that the company has the capability and the resources available in Kokopo or within East New Britain Province.4.0 Responses

4.1 Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with any supporting documents.

4.2 All information requested with supporting documents must be provide no later than 31” August 2023.

4.3 All response to this RFI shall  be emailed to Stanley Kolowa, skolowaHniuskpacific.com.pg

5.0 Questions

Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to Stanley Kolowa, skolowaHniuskvpacific.com.pg no later than 31st August 2023.
